Key Lime Pie Cupcakes

Well, even though I'm taking a little hiatus, that doesn't mean I've stopped baking altogether.   I recently made some key lime pie cupcakes per the request of my Mother-in-law.  She sent me the recipe to try and I must say, they were perfectly refreshing for the hot dog days of summer!
